Can I cancel my order after I've placed it? What can I do?
Clearly Basics does its best to ensure your order reaches your doorstep as quickly as possible. As such, as soon as an order is placed, we start the fulfilment process immediately and notify our shipping partners. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or recalled.
If you realize immediately after ordering that a change needs to be made, please write to us ASAP at hello@clearlybasics.com or chat us at m.me/clearlybasics and we will try our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled.
I entered the wrong email address. What should I do?
Not to worry. Please contact us at hello@clearlybasics.com with your order number, original email address, and the new (correct) email address. Once we update your email address, we will resend your order confirmation and shipping confirmation.
I received a damaged/faulty product. What should I do?
If you have any issues with your order (e.g. missing order, incorrect products, damaged product), please write to us at hello@clearlybasics.com with your order number, and a description or photo of the items (if applicable). We will get back to you within 1-2 working days.

What happens if my package is returned?
Sometimes, packages are returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address, if they are unclaimed, or if the addressee is unknown or has moved. Please contact us at hello@clearlybasics.comwith your order number and your correct shipping address so that we can arrange for a reshipment.
