Once an order is placed, it will be shipped within 1-2 working days via USPS. The estimated delivered is 3-5 working days with standard shipping. You will be notified with a tracking number once the order is shipped.
We try our best to deliver our packages within the estimated delivery time, but they may take longer to arrive due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances associated with the courier. Once the package is in the hands of the courier, we do not take responsibility for those delays. Once your tracking details have been received, while we are happy to assist, it is the responsibility of the customer and courier to ensure the package arrives safely to the specified destination.

Returns & Exchanges
Clearly Basics will accept the return of un-opened/un-used Clearly Basics products within 30 days of ordering. Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return and we will share the instructions on how to return the items.
Once the items are received, we will check the products and issue the refund (original price of the items minus shipping cost) on qualifying orders to its original payment method. The refund will be reflected in your bank account/credit card within 5-7 working days; if it takes longer please inquire with your bank.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning your items.
