Day
- Cleansing. Since you do not wake up with makeup, opt for a gentle cleanser that does not overstrip your skin of essential oils.
- Spot treatments. Both Lighten Up and Dark Mark Defense absorb quickly into your skin so you can apply your moisturizer immediately after applying either spot treatments.
- Sunblock. Choose a sunblock that doubles up as a moisturizer. Take your time applying sunblock as it needs time to settle into an even film over your skin.
- Makeup. So that you do not break up the layer of sunblock, apply foundation using a makeup sponge or cosmetic ball/egg.
Night
- Cleansing. Rather than using a strong cleanser, opt for spending more time working in a gentle cleanser to remove makeup.
- Spot treatments. Both Lighten Up and Dark Mark Defense absorb quickly into your skin so you can apply your Clear Out immediately after applying either spot treatments.
- Clear Out. So that the lotion can spread evenly across your face, take a small pea-sized amount of lotion and make five “dots” on your face. Then spread each of the dots into the general area.
- Moisturizer. Use the Protective Moisturizer in the evenings for uninterrupted repair time.
