We are a Singapore based company so orders are delivered faster across Singapore. Once an order is placed, it will be shipped within 24-48 hours via Sing-post. Estimated delivery time across all locations in Singapore is 2-3 working days (or we can use word “business days” basically the word that will make people understand that they need to subtract holidays and weekends when expecting the orders, same goes for international orders). You will be notified with a tracking number once the order is shipped.
We try our best to deliver our packages within estimated delivery time but the package may take longer to arrive due to bad weather or unforeseen
issues with courier. Once the package is in the hands of the courier, we do not take responsibility for these delays.
Once an international order (outside Singapore) is placed, it will be shipped within 2 working days. Orders placed on Fridays will be processed on Mondays. Estimated delivery time across qualified* countries is 7-15 working days (more information on country-specific delivery time and shipping charges is provided at checkout). However, packages may occasionally take longer to arrive in the destination country due to specific custom clearance processes and may take up to four weeks to arrive after they have been shipped. This is unpredictable and completely at the discretion of each country’s customs process. Once the order has been transferred to the shipping provider, clearly basics is no longer responsible for other delays that may occur.
International orders may be subjected to customs duties, taxes or other fees as per the destination country’s laws and regulations. If customs charges occur, buyers are fully are responsible for payment of these charges and it will not be reimbursed by clearly basics. We are not responsible for packages that are refused due to high duties and taxes, package that cannot clear customs due to country restriction, or any other delays. If you decide to not pay duties and refuse the package, it will be sent back to us and we will refund the order amount less US $6 processing fee and any shipping paid. The cost of shipping is paid to the shipping provider and is non-refundable. Any return shipping costs will be born by you.

In case you would like to modify or cancel your order, please write to us immediately on email@example.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request. However, we can not give any guarantee that your order can be canceled or modified.

Returns & Exchanges
Clearly basics accept the return of the un-opened/un-used product within 30 days of ordering. Please write to us at email@example.com and we will share the instructions on how to return the items
Once the items are received, we will check the products and issue the refund (original price of the items minus shipping cost) on qualifying orders to its original payment method. Refund will be reflected in your bank account/credit card within 5-7 working days, if it takes longer then please contact your bank.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning your items
