We will accept the return of unopened/unused Clearly Basics products within 30 days of ordering. Please write to us at hello@clearlybasics.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, and we will share the instructions to do so.
Once we receive the returned items, we will check them and issue the refund (shipping fees and import fees deposit are non-refundable) on qualifying orders to its original payment method. The refund will be reflected in your bank account/credit card within 5-7 working days. If it takes longer, please check with your bank.
Items which have been used are non-refundable. If our fulfilment center receives items which have already been used, these items cannot be resold and will be disposed of without a refund.
Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or defective items. Please write to us at hello@tryclearly.com for further instructions.
